It seems you just can't keep Pembroke & Sefton off the gogglebox these days so I've shamelessly converted all the clips I can find to a more Windows-friendly format and loaded them onto the website. Phil Taylor wins LPS's first ever senior international medal with a gold for GB in the 4 x 400m relay at the European Indoor Championships in Birmingham on 4th March 2007.

A new club record and PB for Michael Rimmer as he wins in Sweden ahead of strong European and African opposition.

Several clips rescued from a fading video tape of some of Alex's events at the Seoul decathlon and a short interview. Oh for the days when Britain had three Olympic decathletes.
